The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for the internal recruitment and related efforts for assigned business units within The Wills Group. The incumbent focuses on developing and implementing strategic recruiting plans and programs to achieve qualitative staffing results objectives. Manages full life cycle of recruiting process from specification through the employment offer. Develops innovative staffing strategies that include, but not limited to, enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implements a plan to adhere to business objectives. Educates managers regarding hiring practices and procedures and ensure fair practices of EEO, hiring and compensation guidelines. Maintains knowledge of functional specialty by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons. Works with recruiting and hiring team to deliver specialty training as needed. Creates talent management dashboards and perform key analysis. Manages onboarding and orientation of new hires.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manages full life cycle recruiting process from specification through the employment offer for the Wills Group opportunities within specific Business Units, ensuring a smooth process for candidates and new hires throughout the recruiting process. These activities such as pre-employment assessment, screening, serving on the selection committee, doing reference/ background checks and preparing new hire paperwork.
• Partners with HR team, hiring partners, and leaders to identify personnel needs, workforce planning and search assignments. Partners with, educates and consults with hiring managers on recruiting process, strategy and expectations. Provides recommendations on elements and composition of final offer on elements of job title, compensation, bonus, relocation etc.
• Ensures that the hiring process/hiring manager complies with the Wills Group policies and procedures and with employment laws and regulations.
• Reviews resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Provides complete, accurate and inspiring information to candidates about company and position. Prepares candidates for interviewing with the Wills Group and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions and expectation setting.
• Maintains positive relationship with applicants through entire recruitment process to ensure high quality of candidate experience on behalf of the Wills Group. Organizes leads and documents post-interview debrief/feedback and post-mortems with interview teams and candidates. Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers/Executive team. Leverages and manages key leadership assessment instruments and tools.
• Maintains records on company-wide recruiting activities. Utilizes an automated applicant tracking system in compliance with staffing requirement to support the recruitment process. Develops and maintains a network of professional contacts to help identify, source and engage talented industry leaders. Develops an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictate
• Stays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to attract and compete for top talent in the market. Utilizes pro-active, creative, cost-effective recruitment methods to attract and source candidates. Leverages online recruiting resources and in house ATS to identify and recruit the very best candidate. Develops innovative staffing strategies that include, but are not limited to, enhancing diverse recruitment efforts and implement a plan to adhere to business objectives.
• Ensures team is organized and efficient with daily practices including; ATS, reporting, OFCCP compliance, active and closed requisitions, new requisition guidelines, interview procedures and training, workflow processes and other team responsibilities as necessary.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager in developing and administering the recruitment and selection procedures and the personnel policies and procedures
• Partners with EVP of Talent and People Operations to continually improve plans, programs and processes to reduce cost, increase value, and promotes highly effective recruiting support to internal clients.
• Maintains knowledge of functional specialty by staying abreast of best practices, legal developments, emerging trends, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices
• Manages third party relationships and vendor negotiations to ensure appropriate service levels are being delivered and agreed terms are being followed. Makes recommendations on choice of vendors, sourcing partners and negotiation process.
• Initiates and maintains excellent working relations across the organization. Interacts with people at all levels within the organization.
• In partnership with the EVP of Talent and People Operations, negotiates fee agreements with recruitment agencies within guidelines established by leadership.
• Designs recruiting practices to hire a gender and generational diverse workforce to change the current make up of TWGI workforce.
• Establishes and promote community relationships with organizations such as veterans association and schools. Establishes and grows internship program across departments.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of managing a customer focused recruiting team, delivering results, and developing team through strong leadership
• 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting with proven success of establishing a strong pipeline of diverse candidates
• A specific knowledge of recruiting with a focus in corporate recruiting
• Comprehensive knowledge of recruiting metrics, assessment tools and techniques
• Requires Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field of experience
• Strong candidate assessment skills
