The Watches of Switzerland Group continues to go from strength to strength and as such we have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruiter to join us at our Head Office in Leicester. Utilising your experience to date you will partner with your stakeholders and provide guidance and expertise to ensure a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. Working in collaboration with the Hiring Manager and wider HR team you will ensure that we deliver a strong end to end service and provide recommendations and solutions for continuous improvement including capability, upskilling and communication to our stores.

About You

• Previous recruitment experience – either inhouse or agency
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan & organise and balance & prioritise a broad range of tasks
• A customer centric approach
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• Great at multi-tasking
• Strong IT skills
