The Data Solutions & Platforms team is responsible for developing data & analytics solutions for business groups across the enterprise. We are a collaborative engineering team who enjoy delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. Examples of platforms and services we are responsible for include: data integration hub, data warehouses, BI tools, data science tools, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation tools.

This Staff RPA Software Engineer will have the following responsibilities:

• Act as the lead engineer for Disney’s RPA platform, developing remarkable and cost-effective solutions

• Build solution architecture as well as building code for RPA automations

• Drive timely, on-scope, and on-budget development projects

• Partner with multiple collaborators including RPA Product Lead, Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Architects, and more to drive forward internal efforts

Needed Skills & Experience:

• Expertise within RPA software including WorkFusion & UIPath

• Proven experience developing RPA automation bots

• Demonstrated proficiency in Java, SQL, and Python

• Expertise within other object-oriented programming languages

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related; or equivalent work experience

The hiring range for this position in California is $149,240 to $200,200 per year and in Washington State is $156,292 to $209,660 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
