We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to work directly with the Chief People Officer and the People Team to hire exceptionally talented team members who love pets! You will be responsible for full cycle recruiting, building your team and building the team at The Vets.

The Fit & Requirements:

• Managing the full life-cycle talent processes, sourcing, pipeline development, screening, structuring interviews, offer negotiation and follow through to onboarding.
• Identify and recommend creative solutions for the sourcing of diverse, technical and professional talent. KPIs related to recruitment are achieved.
• Implement successful high volume strategies that are aligned with organizational and global business requirements.
• Use data to make process recommendations and to develop our Talent Acquisition strategy.
• Monitor performance based on key metrics and drive performance improvements; Ensure KPIs related to recruitment are achieved or exceeded.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude toward candidates and team members.
• 5+ years experience as full cycle recruiter;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented approach
• Being highly organized and detail oriented essential to your success
• Proficient in Greenhouse; Google Suite; Slack

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:
