Future Students

The Future Students Division leads the development, coordination and implementation of the University’s student recruitment strategy. This is focused on attracting high quality domestic and international students to study at UQ. The Future Student Recruitment team works in close partnership with faculties, schools, UQ’s global agent network and partners to grow our student population.

The Future Students Division takes a leading edge approach to student recruitment and comprises of the following teams –

• Future Students Australia
• Future Students International
• Future Students Contact Centre
• International Marketing and Communication
• International Admissions

The Future Students Division forms part of the Global Engagement Portfolio and is led by the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Global Engagement). The portfolio is responsible for the University’s engagement activities and includes Global Engagement & Entrepreneurship.

About this Opportunity

Provide timely and highly accurate advice to prospective students, parents and a variety of stakeholders. You will rely on building partnerships with UQ Faculties, UQ Schools, prospective parents, other UQ organisational units and stakeholders.

This position is located at our picturesque St Lucia campus, renowned as one of Australia’s most attractive university campuses, and located just 7km from Brisbane’s city centre. Bounded by the Brisbane River on three sides, and with outstanding public transport connections, our 114-hectare site provides a perfect work environment – you can enjoy the best of both worlds: a vibrant campus with the tradition of an established university.

What We Can Offer

This is a full-time, 12 month, fixed-term appointment at HEW Level 5. The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range of $70,796 to $78,852 plus super of up to 17%.
