About us
The People and Culture team aims to provide strategic, procedural, and legislative support and advice covering Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, Workforce Planning, Strategy and Transformation, Workplace Health and Safety, Employee Services, Recruitment, and HR Technology Systems.
Your role
Your role sits within the Employee Services Team and partners with the business to provide effective and high quality recruitment solutions across a range of portfolios and disciplines. You will support the end to end recruitment cycle, act as a trusted advisor on recruitment policies and best practice, and deliver an exceptional talent acquisition experience to clients and candidates.
Key responsibilities
About you
Your excellent communication and engagement skills will allow you to build positive relationships that effect recruitment decisions across the University. You will be experienced in facilitating the full recruitment process, including screening and selection, competency-based interviewing and pre-employment compliance. You will be a team player and enjoy being part of a national team, with colleagues based across different campuses.
