We are recruiting to the roles of Student Service, Support & Development Manager, within the School of Education Environment and Development (Faculty of Humanities).

These roles form part of the senior management team within the school TLSE teams and will be responsible for leadership and management of a team of Student Services and Welfare colleagues to ensure the delivery of a range of activities designed to improve all aspects of the students’ experience. The Student Services, Support & Development Managers will work with a range of student groups, academics and PS staff to ensure that UG and PGT students receive the highest levels of support during their period of study within the School.

The role works with the Head of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience and other senior colleagues across the University to develop, embed and maintain effective working partnerships with all stakeholders, conducive to the realisation of the University’s strategic aspirations in relation to Student Experience.
