The MSc and PG Diploma in Management Practice are programmes designed by Alliance Manchester Business School to be compliant with the Apprenticeship Levy framework. The MSc is mapped against the Senior Leader Master’s Degree Apprenticeship Standard (SLMDA) and the PG Diploma against the Senior Leader Apprenticeship (SLA) Standard. They are aimed at organisations who wish to develop their staff to be senior leaders using their levy funds. The MSc no longer recruits but we have several hundred learners still on-programme.

We are seeking two skilled and experienced individuals to take on the role of Practice Based Tutor for the SLMDA and SLA.

Practice-based Tutors provide support for Apprentices’ academic development and progress in developing the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by the Apprenticeship Standards.

Tutors are the learners’ initial contact for pastoral guidance and will be expected to support learners in the workplace.

The successful candidates will be both able to coach and support students across a range of sectors and assess and supervise academic submissions.
