An opportunity has arisen to join the Doctoral Academy which supports all postgraduate research students in the Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health.

As part of the Doctoral Academy, you will be responsible for supporting the Academic Lead for Student Experience in developing and delivering a range of activities throughout the student lifecycle. This role will involve working with students, supervisors and administrative staff to develop and enhance the postgraduate research student experience across the Faculty from the point of offer (conversion) through to graduation.

You will have a customer-focused attitude and able to demonstrate a number of competencies including excellent attention to detail, well-developed organisational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively and prioritise their workload when under pressure. We expect the successful candidate to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively and to operate professionally with students from a range of backgrounds.
