At the Online Campus we are looking to recruit a Student Information Hub Manager for the Online campus. This is a homeworker role.
In this busy and varied role, you will be working with a team to provide the administrative processes to underpin the student lifecycle, ensuring that exceptional customer service is provided to staff and students across all programmes. You will provide support to students and first-class administrative support to team members that includes assisting with the smooth operation across all courses and of the Student Information Service.
The Online Campus Student Information Service is responsible for all aspects of programme and administrative student support for the Online Campus. The Online Student Information Service is a business-critical function that supports over 3,000 students across a wide range of online courses ensuring students have the very best learning experience.
For this role you will need to have previous experience of working in a customer service environment and to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will have a good working knowledge of Safeguarding and Prevent. You will be able to demonstrate the ability of ensuring all deadlines are met whilst completing all duties in accordance with University procedures and regulations.
