(HE06) $81,254 to $87,770 per annum plus an employer contribution of up to 17% superannuation may apply

Fixed term, full time position available from October 2021 until March 2023

An exciting opportunity is available to join the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement team to coordinate the delivery of an excellent student experience through the coordination of student engagement and success activities.

The Student Experience and Retention Officer will have to liaise with a range of key stakeholders, provide appropriate advice and information, including reports and documents, and contribute to the delivery of program and student engagement activities. This opportunity is also responsible in managing casual staff and volunteers related to the Succeed@Adelaide initiatives.

To be successful you will need:

• Experience in planning, coordinating and maintaining student conversion, retention and success activities with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated experience with conflict resolution.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills, including cross-cultural sensitivity.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, building professional relationships with relevant stakeholders.
• Experience in delivering presentations in a confident, professional and engaging manner.
