The Business School invites applications for two Lecturer positions in Finance. The position is open to candidates wishing to pursue a research and teaching role where there is an expectation the candidate can demonstrate the ability to produce high quality research (as evidenced through ABDC A*/ FT-50 finance publications) as well as teach into both undergraduate and postgraduate courses, with potential for research.

The Adelaide Business School has a stimulating multidisciplinary learning environment that fosters the pursuit of leadership and excellence in both research and education. It is an AACSB accredited business school offering a broad range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs in the core discipline areas of accounting, finance, international business, management and marketing, and a suite of MBA programs. The Business School also offers high-quality research programs at the honours, masters and PhD level.

To be successful you will need:

• Possess a PhD in Finance
• An ability to teach in relevant undergraduate and postgraduate finance courses, including a willingness to be involved in the school’s international programs.
• Evidence of being able to publish in reputable academic finance journals (FT-50/ A* ABDC journals).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to undertake academic administrative functions, including strategic or other similar planning processes, including willingness to be involved in the school’s international programs.
