Under new leadership, you will report to the Executive Director of Human Resources and be part of a newly formed leadership team that will enable you to be an architect of change across a workforce of over 6,000 employees, creating a positive impact to thousands of careers by supporting the University to articulate the Employee Value Proposition and position the University to achieve its aspiration to be a magnet for talent. You will be responsible for setting the operational and strategic direction for a team charged with designing and delivering talent acquisition strategies and services.
