Position Summary:

We are looking for a self-motivated, team-oriented individual, with professional communication skills that is eager to work as an HR Recruiter team member.

This position may include a hybrid work from home option.

Essential Functions:

• Recruit qualified and interested candidates through job sites
• Identify and pre-screen qualified candidates, set up interviews with management team, enter candidate information into Salesforce database
• Create interest and educate potential applicants about our company, benefits, and culture
• Negotiate rates, create, and present job offers to prospective employees
• Manage onboarding process through Paycor HR/Payroll system
• Maintain ing metrics of all recruitment activity and other data as requested
• Highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced atmosphere
• Excellent organizational, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Entry level to 1+ years of HR and Recruiting experience
• Salesforce and Paycor a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
