Jenn Troy of The Troy Method is seeking a Patient Scheduling Specialist that is committed to impacting the lives of as many patients as possible through the power of chiropractic and integrated healthcare.
You are a great candidate for this role if you are a master of multitasking! You love and live by your detailed calendar, and you never miss an appointment or a deadline. When you answer the phone, people can immediately feel your positive and passionate personality. Your care and compassion for others naturally shines through. Whether welcoming a new patient or coordinating a follow-up visit, clients can rest assured that you’ve got their back!
The Troy Method specializes in helping chiropractic doctors and integrated health practitioners to grow their businesses by booking their appointment calendars full of new patients! We remove the stress and worry about lead management and patient scheduling that so often leaves staff and clinic owners feeling overwhelmed and overworked. Our founder, Jenn Troy, is a “retired” Clinic Director who was trained by one of the BEST chiropractors in the industry, so you know you will be in good hands with us!

Offer Details
This role will start out at approximately 20-25 hours per week during training. However, the expectation is that the right person will learn quickly, take on additional responsibilities, and begin working 38-40 hours per week within just a few months.
There will be some freedom and flexibility in the schedule to take care of personal tasks as well as carving out time to recharge as necessary. However, as the role grows to full-time, we would anticipate working hours somewhere between 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM in your time zone.
There will be times when the workload will be much higher than other times, and we are looking for someone who is committed to “getting the job done.” Our team is tiny but mighty, and we are able to operate our business efficiently because each one of us is fiercely committed to upholding the integrity of the work that we do. Our team dynamic is important to us, and we are looking for a like-minded person who is willing to make the same commitment.
Pay starts at $18-$20 per hour (based on experience) with a growth structure available.
Benefits will include paid time off after a 90-day review and performance-based bonuses as roles and responsibilities grow.
