Accounts Receivable Officer – AAT Kings

The Role

Primarily based out of our Global Head Office in the heart of Alexandria, with flexible working options available, the Accounts Receivable Officer is responsible for performing the accounts receivable functions in a timely manner by processing all AAT Kings invoices with the focus on debt management and investigation into dept invoices.

You will be required to liaise with the wider Finance team as well as suppliers to ensure efficient outcomes are achieved.

The Candidate

The successful applicant will show a proven track record of debt collection experience, the ability to allocate and adjust invoices with a high level of accuracy and possess excellent interpersonal communication and telephone skills.

• 2-3 years in an Accounts Receivable role with debt collection experience is essential
• Accounting education preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to build strong relationships and interact with debtors and internal customers
• Be able to allocate and adjust invoices with a very high level of accuracy
• Have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills
• Computer literate with Intermediate experience and understanding of Excel such as V Look Ups & Pivot Tables
• Experience in Oracle, Tropics and TMS would be highly regarded
• Positive attitude with strongly initiative and pro-active approach required
• Ability to work both autonomously and effectively as part of the team
