Accounts Payable Officer – AAT Kings

The Role

This role involves processing all of AAT Kings invoices in a timely manner, placing a focus on creditor management and investigating dispute invoices. You will be required to liaise with stakeholders to ensure efficient outcomes for the business.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Process invoices with a high level of accuracy
• Liaising with Suppliers to discuss invoice discrepancies
• Prepayment management – from payment to associated accrual reversal
• Accurate accounts reconciliation to Creditor’s statement
• Assist with filing of invoices
• Coordinate cheque and EFT payment runs
• Management of the Accounts Payable email inbox, filing and issue reporting

The Candidate

The successful applicant will have:

• A high level of drive to work within a Finance Team
• Basic accounting knowledge – exoerience in Accounts Payable is desirable
• Ability to negotiate with Creditors to best outcomes
• Impeccable communication skills Excellent attention to detail
• Understanding or previous use of Oracle, Tropics and TMS
• Intermediate skills across the Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel knowledge
