The Top Shop Inc is Looking for Order Entry/ Customer Service Full Time

The Top Shop Inc. has been an industry leader in manufacturing countertops. We are currently seeking an Order Entry/Customer Service position to complement our existing team. This position will require you to embrace teamwork and maintain a professional environment with our customers and contractors.

Responsibilities:

• Enter orders accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Order material from suppliers
• General office administration
• Provide customers with product information
• Establish strong working relationships with the customers and installation teams

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• High attention to detail
• Understand basic math – including fractions and decimals
• Must be dependable, accountable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00
