Tire Rack is seeking great Customer Care Specialists that want to join a great e-commerce team! Specialists will work as a team to provide support to a wide range of contacts. Each team member utilizes in-depth knowledge of company products, processes, and programs to solve problems and take initiative in shaping each customer’s experience. – Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm, plus one (1) Saturday per month from 9:00am – 4:00pm.
