JOB PURPOSE

The role of the Digital Marketer is to create and manage digital marketing efforts that give value to our audience and drive sales. This position is responsible for producing trackable results through email sends, social media posts, blogs, print campaigns and live events. Through their marketing efforts the Digital Marketer will increase sales, set up successful sales funnel, and grow audience engagement/following.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and ing on digital marketing efforts.
• Produces and releases email campaigns, blog posts, social media posts and print campaigns on a structured schedule.
• Increases course sales, membership sales, and online sale through marketing efforts.
• Engages and grows our audience by adding value and building credibility.
• Create sales funnels to generate more sales and increase membership purchases.

OUTCOMES OF THE POSITION

• Increases purchases of website products, online memberships, course subscriptions, hands on training programs, and sponsorship packages.
• Increases engagements and following on Social Media platforms

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma
• Valid drivers license and auto insurance
• Proven track record of success in digital marketing efforts
• Excellent copywriter
• Experience selling digital assets, membership, courses, and/or products
• Proficient with YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
• Organized and proactive
• Accomplished at meeting tight deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as a team member
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of reliability, accountability and initiative
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Experienced using PremierPro or similar video editing software is a plus
• Passion for the Auto Industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $32.00 per hour
