Volunteer Recruiter

You are articulate, driven, with a conviction for thrivable transformations and

possess:

• Leadership: able to motivate and integrate with culturally diverse teams
• Coordination: able to plan, schedule and organize interesting activities
• Communications: comfortable with the written and spoken language for discussion and debates
• Zest: showcasing commitment, passion, and persistence
• Minimum of 6 months tenure, min 10-15 hours a week.

Key tasks include:

• to screen new recruits to find out if they fit the job description
• to shortlist top recruits and present them to Project Lead
• to support the interview and follow-up process
• to be the point of reference between the Project Lead and recruits
• to manage Linkedin and other job posting websites
• to work with various teams to find out what roles would be necessary to support the team
• to have excellent communication and organisation skills
• to maintain confidentiality at all times

You should be Australia based and ideally have at least 3 years of experience in at least ONE of the following areas:  * Recruitment * Training * Leadership
