Position Overview
The Head of People, Culture, & Community is responsible for leading the strategy, development, implementation, and support of people programs in key culture and engagement areas across the organization within the available budgets.
This position will oversee efforts to ensure staff, volunteers, and our extended cultural partners in the community experience a sense of belonging.
Direct focus and supervision will include inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA), employee experience, professional development training, and compensation strategy.
This full-time, exempt position s directly to the CEO and oversees People Operations, culture work, and the Community function at The Tech Interactive.
Responsibilities
Evaluate results and provide guidance to leadership on success areas and areas that create an opportunity for change.
Oversee People Operations implementation.
Qualifications
Ability to recognize the impact of decisions and actions on the entire organization.
Working Conditions and Schedule
This is an onsite position with the possibility of flexibility for working some days at an alternative work location. Flexibility will vary depending on the needs of the job.
Compensation : $156,000 – $173,000 per year, based on experience and background.
