The Tape Agency Limited Hiring for Talent Manager at London Full Time

The Tape Agency is looking for a dynamic, fun, and enthusiastic Talent and Logistics Manager to join the Talent Team. The talent roster currently spans over 30 people with the biggest and most interesting voices in their field. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with brands to forge successful partnerships that maximise engagement.

Tape Talent is like a family, so we’re always on-hand to brainstorm and offer extra support, beyond the job at hand. The agency encompasses PR, events production, podcast creation, as well as talent representation with opportunities to collaborate across function and work closely with the wider team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Day to day development and implementation of Talent Strategy

Negotiating brand campaigns and deliverables and contracting

Complete end-to-end talent management: talent briefing, talent negotiation and ensuring all content is posted within schedule

Relationship management – working with talent, brand and agency partners and internal stakeholders

Client counsel – liaising with talent throughout projects and podcast seasons, creating launch plans with them and guiding them through the process

Be a constant champion for talent in the business

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Ambitious, energetic, self-starter

Highly organised and self-motivated

Strong communications skills, written and verbally

Creative and proactive

Ability to juggle multiple projects with great time management skills

Experience in the beauty, wellness & lifestyle landscape

Strong industry contacts

Exceptional knowledge of the ever-changing media landscape

Strong knowledge of and passion for media largely created by and for women

Awareness of pop culture trends in podcasting, digital and social media

The ability to work to and set clear KPIs

Good knowledge of Microsoft, G Suite, Canva, Zoom. Knowledge of Kitly is desirable but not essential
