The Talent Place are exclusively recruiting for an Interim Head of HR for our growing client within the Healthcare Industry.
The ideal candidate should:
– Have broad HR Generalist experinece within a lean HR function.
– Be comfortable with both operational and strategical elements of HR.
– Be excited by developing and supporting a new HR team.
– Have a proven track record in delivering on similar assignments in a BAU capacity.
– Have delivered on cyclical HR projects such as performance related bonus payments and TUPE.
Candidates should be ready to start by the 1st September.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Salary: £60,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
