ing to the General Manager – we’re looking for a motivated, talented, and creative fashion profile – an eCommerce & Digital professional with an understanding of PR and social media, who has an innate passion of designer fashion. Working for a founder led brand, you will enjoy being hands on, hungry for growth and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

As the eCommerce & Marketing Specialist, you will lead and execute the marketing & eCommerce strategy for our client – ensuring KPI’s are met across key pillars of traditional, digital, e-commerce and PR. You will oversee and manage the marketing budget in line with the marketing calendar and utilise this to drive the best possible results with weekly and monthly ing.

Currently this is a silo role with the vision to drive growth across the digital channel with support from agency. This is an amazing opportunity for an Ecommerce or Digital Marketing Specialist to join a growing brand, with strong development opportunities, remuneration, clothing allowance and more.

Day to day will see you |

• Create and execute the digital marketing strategy across all media channels with a strong understanding of our brand and unique proposition.
• Creation and editing of social ad content (E.g., Facebook posts, Meta ads)
• Managing the website to drive revenue growth and optimise customer experience through A/B testing, SEO, social media and email marketing and merchandising.
• Create innovative content to manage and execute EDM and other campaigns via CRM
• Online projects and testing, product launches and ad campaigns
• Day to day management of the following platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook, Instagram and other social media and affiliate platforms
• Creation of engaging and on brand marketing campaigns
• Manage digital media budgets and make sure digital marketing spend is profitable.
• Coordinate ad copy and briefs for new ads (imagery and video), and landing pages
• Uploading and distributing assets and creatives
• Competitor & trend analysis, tracking and strategy

To set you up for success we imagine you will bring |

• 4+ years’ experience in a similar role in eCommerce, Digital marketing, or marketing
• Experience in social media channel management, digital marketing & PR.
• Suitable digital marketing qualification/skill-set in digital marketing strategy, Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.
• Applied performance marketing experience including experience using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager and Google Display.
• Strong technical knowledge of SEO principles and techniques to enhance site performance.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Indesign and Illustrator is a bonus.
• Strong copy writing skills and proven success adopting and evolving a brand’s voice.
• Fantastic communicator and collaborator; able to achieve outcomes and results in a timely manner.
• Positive attitude and passion for all things digital, fashion marketing & advertising
