The Role / Client

Our client is on an amazing journey – Their mission is to transform the car buying experience across the UK and Europe by providing better selection, flexibility, transparency, convenience and peace of mind. Their aim is to make getting your next car no different to ordering any other product online today, where consumers can simply and seamlessly purchase, finance or subscribe to a car entirely online for delivery or collection in as little as 72 hours.

They are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join this fast-growing team. You’ll be responsible for designing and leading the Talent Acquisition agenda for our five production facilities across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting high volume across Production & Operation
• Responsible for identifying, assessing and closing candidates and for providing outstanding candidate experience
• Operate as an expert in industry best practices, monitoring new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for
• Analyze and implement process improvements.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas of the organization
• Oversee relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations

Experience & Skills Required

• Previous experience leading an internal recruitment team
• You will have previous experience of having recruited high volume roles within a fast paced, in-house environment.
• You will have a positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ – attitude (we don’t micromanage and instead want you to take the initiative and always ask if something is unclear)

• You will have experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
• Demonstrates strong listening and questioning skills that enable understanding of a stakeholder’s requirements and candidate motivations
• Demonstrates innovative and modern methods of recruitment and candidate engagement.
