Tartan Homes Corporation is an Ottawa new home builder that has been building new communities across Canada’s capital for over 50 years.
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Service Department in the overall delivery of the customer service initiative at Tartan Homes. The Customer Service Coordinator will be the first point of contact for homeowners and will schedule various appointments related to PDI inspections. The performance of the duties must ensure a quality approach to all employees, homeowners, managers and trade partners. All responsibilities must be performed in a manner consistent with the Tartan vision and must comply with all company policies and procedures.
This is a full-time permanent position with an anticipated start date of November 21, 2022.
