The Swift Group is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our prime program with our client. This person will be responsible for the overall performance of the program and team.

The successful candidate will have proven experience with completing deliverables and services. This person will be the primary interface with our client and is responsible for maintaining and managing the relationship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide full-time, on-site program management for this program and serve as the primary point of contact with the client.
• Be accessible to the client to discuss items of mutual interest and resolve any difficulties that may arise.
• Manage and monitor the cost, schedule, technical performance, staffing, security, and deliverables.
• Collect, analyze, and maintain performance metrics that measure the execution of all business and operational activities.
• Participate in monthly Program Management Reviews and provide the client with Monthly Contract Status s and ad hoc s, as needed.
• Coordinate, collaborate, and communicate with the client and other stakeholders as required.

Required Qualifications :

• 5+ years of experience in the Intelligence Community as a Program Manager
• Proven experience managing a team of developers and engineers of 10 or more employees.
• Experience supporting or leading a program or project of similar scope and complexity.
• Familiarity with the Agile Software Development methodology and the scheduling associated with it.
• Ability to communicate clearly across multiple teams.
• Bachelors Degree
• US Citizenship and an active TS / SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

Desired Qualifications :

• PMP certification
• Experience as a Software Developer or DevOps Engineer
• Masters Degree
