The Student Mentoring Company are looking for Specialist Study Skills Tutors (SpLD) who will work on a self-employed basis and live in and around London who are happy to meet students face to face if necessary as well as conducting sessions remotely. This is a position that is highly rewarding, supporting students with a variety of conditions to achieve their academic potential. You will help students with a variety of skills such as essay planning, effective note-taking, proofreading and time management.

For this role you need to hold a professional body membership with either the British Dyslexia Association (BDA), the Dyslexia Guild, the Association of Dyslexia Specialists in Higher Education (ADSHE) or the Professional Association of Teachers of Students with Specific Learning Difficulties (PATOSS).
