What we are looking for

We have an brand new opportunity for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our high performing Talent Acquisition team on a fulltime basis. The ideal candidate will have experience with proactively identifying top talent and creating positive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively source critical talent for a range of vacancies across the group
• Build talent communities and pipelines for forecasted growth
• Add value to the team by understanding market trends and identifying potential talent gaps
• Use creative and innovative sourcing techniques to lead best practice recruitment strategies
• Be the external market face for the Talent team, networking across the business and building strong connections with online sourcing channels and industry partners including attending Careers Fairs

This position has the option to be located at our Sydney, Brisbane or Gold Coast properties.

We are specifically looking for someone who has

• Extensive experience in recruitment working with corporate and specialist client groups (Agency experience highly regarded)
• Demonstrated understanding of online sourcing channels and success in developing and executing digital recruitment campaigns
• Previous experience in developing and maintaining talent pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter and Seek Search
• Experience with implementing leading practice recruitment strategies in a dynamic, high-volume, fast paced work environment
• Experience with in-house Applicant Tracking Systems (PageUp is advantageous)
• The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and the wider People and Performance team to deliver and retain talent
• A passion for the hospitality industry with a high focus on candidate experience
