The Star Entertainment Group Hiring for Talent Sourcing Coordinator Job at Sydney Full Time

INTERNAL OPPORTUNITY!

A great opportunity has arisen in our high performing Talent Acquisition team. We are currently seeking a Talent Sourcing Coordinator to support the end to end recruitment process across The Star Entertainment Group. In this Sydney based role you will need a proactive, professional attitude to focus on delivering a high level of candidate experience whilst supporting the team.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and shortlisting candidates
• Inviting candidates to video, one on one or group interviews
• Ensuring candidates are compliant with accreditation and visa requirements
• Processing candidates and issuing offer documents and communications
• Uploading of new starter documents to Review
• Assisting with onboarding of new team members

We are specifically looking for someone who has:

• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Previous experience in recruitment/administration is advantageous but not essential
• A good understanding of the hospitality industry with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume, fast paced work environment
• A high attention to detail and strong time management skills
