About This Opportunity
As our team continues to grow, we are excited to be recruiting an additional Administration Assistant to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position is critical to the centralised delivery of a candidate centric recruitment service for the University, by undertaking a host of duties from inbox management, advertisement coordination, scheduling interviews and drafting letters of offer.
If successful, you will partner with 2 – 3 Talent Acquisition Advisors within a dedicated client portfolio. You will therefore will build tight knit stakeholder relationships and be key in fostering a positive candidate experience at the start of applicant’s UQ journey.

What We Can Offer
This is a full-time, fixed-term position through to 24 June 2022 at HEW level 4.
The full-time equivalent base salary will be in the range $65,424.85 – $69,453.79 plus super of up to 17%. The total FTE package will be in the range $76,547.07 – $81,260.92 per annum.
