The Staffing Group Hiring for Talent Acquisition Administrator Job at Melbourne Full Time

In this role, youll look after the processing of candidate documentation, actioning internal and external enquiries whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service.

This is a contract role until December 30, 2022 with potential to extend or convert to permanent along the way. In this role, you’ll get to work from home, and get to choose which office you work out of (4 Melbourne offices) throughout the week.

A week in the life of your new role –

• Providing a wide range of day to day administrative support services to the team as required such as assistance with paperwork and compliance for prospective and successful candidates
• Monitoring, escalating and responding to enquiries received by the TA team inboxes
• Undertaking data entry to Job Adder
• Booking interviews, conducting phone screens and reference checks
• Fielding and responding to incoming telephone queries and escalating where required
• Providing a high level of customer service to all internal and external stakeholders

• A genuine interest in Talent Acquisition/HR
• An organised, pro-active and driven approach to the way you handle your workload
• Experience in data entry and administrative support
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
