About the role

The Systems Engineer role will design, implement, manage and support Enterprise Mobility platforms within Suncorp.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing, implementing, managing and supporting Enterprise Mobility platforms for iOS/MacOS and Android devices, including Microsoft Intune, JAMF and the use of Office 365 applications on these devices
• Responsible for effective platform management practices including monitoring, alerting, licencing, capacity management and overall platform health
• Maintaining patching, compliance, and security of Suncorps corporate and BYOD mobile fleet
• Working with vendors and partners to identify and implement new mobile technologies
• Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends
• Proactively identify and create proposals for technology improvements

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary qualifications in Software Engineering, Information Technology or related discipline or equivalent experience
• Experience in IT systems management with a focus on Enterprise Mobility, MDM, MAM, and mobile security technologies
• Proven delivery track record
