Hays Talent Solutions is our fastest growing specialism globally, in ANZ we have already achieved four personal bests this Financial Year! We are in the final stages of winning a new RPO Solution with one of the BIG FOUR Professional Services organisations.

We are looking for a proactive and well-rounded Recruitment Coordinator to support a friendly and passionate team of recruitment professionals with their admin requirements setting up interviews, candidate onboarding, reporting and other Talent Acquisition related activities.

You will be working directly with our client onsite at their office and remotely from home.

Your new role:

• Assist our Talent Acquisition team with day-to-day administration
• Act as the liaison between our client and our Sourcing and Compliance teams
• Ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and enquiries
• Create presentations and reports
• Book interviews
• Data entry i.e. submitting role information for approval
• Manage onboarding and new starter set up queries
• Bring innovative ideas and turn them into improvements to our processes and client/candidate service delivery
