To be considered for this contract, you will need to be an Australian citizen and have an NV1 security clearance in place. Contract is due to start March 2022.

Some of the key tasks you will be expected to perform will include the following:

• Design and document the defence node required.
• Review and provide advice on the design and implementation of interfacing systems.
• Develop and maintain software components.
• Integrate existing software components and applications.
• Automate solution installation.
• Build, administer, and support production nodes
• Perform level three support of production system.
• Baseline and maintain system configuration control.

As the ideal candidate you should possess the following skills:

• Greater than 8 years of experience in software engineering/development
• Experience developing software for Linux operating systems.
• Experience customizing and administering Linux based servers and applications
• Experience hardening Linux operating systems.
• Experience automating and scripting application installation and customization.
• Experience developing and maintaining Linux standard operating environment (SOE) images.
• Experience developing technical documentation
• Experience with DEVOPS methodologies
