The Staffing Group Hiring for Junior Book keeper – CASUAL Job at Sydney Full Time

We are an established ophthalmology group across NSW/ACT, providing the highest quality eye care, modern facilities and the latest technology in some 11 clinics.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, strong levels of attention to detail and great organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry of invoices and receipts
• Working within various accounting packages such as MYOB, Xero.
• Bank account and credit card reconciliations using Xero and other softwares.
• Maintain and supporting of Excel Spreadsheets
• Collate information to produce reports and analysis in Word and Excel formats. These reports will form part of the management reporting in relation to cash flow, project costing, project finance.
• Liaising with and maintain relationships with third party suppliers

The Candidate

• Qualification within Accounting / Commerce
• Commercial experience with MYOB, QuickBooks and Xero
• Exceptional verbal and written communication are essential.
• High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic with a keenness to learn and grow.
• Ability to follow through on set tasks and effectively manage priorities.
• Proactive and team oriented.
• As this is a junior role, no experience is necessary though some experience will be advantageous.
• As this is a New Graduate/Junior Accountant role, no experience is necessary though some experience will be advantageous
