About the Role:

The role is an exciting new opportunity within the team, and will provide you with exposure to a full range of formal insolvency engagements such as voluntary administrations, liquidation, receiverships and also informal appointments such as investigating accounting and restructuring/turnaround engagements.

We are looking for a full time Insolvency Accountant to join our team as a Consultant on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will:

• Assist in the administration of formal insolvency matters, including preparation of statutory reports and compliance lodgements;
• Assist with investigations into an entitys finances including the analysis of financial statements, accounting and business records;
• Correspond with all stakeholder over the phone and in writing, prepare written responses as required; and
• Be committed to learning and developing their technical understanding of insolvency and to develop and grow those skills within the team.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate who:

• Has previous experience in Insolvency.
• Has proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Holds a Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Finance or Accounting
• Has commenced, or are willing to commence their CA or CPA studies
