ABOUT THE ROLE:
Reporting to an entrepreneurial and highly influential Group Finance Manager (GFM), this broad Financial/Management Accountant is a highly visible and crucial role. The purpose of the role is to assist the GFM by building a best-of-breed finance function thus enabling commercially responsible decision making. In this highly autonomous and empowering role you will have exposure across the entire business. This is a critical role to assist in driving the business through its aggressive growth expansion phase through the building of strong foundations supported by a solid FP&A process and commercial framework.
As the Financial/Management Accountant, you will support the Group Finance Manager remit in ultimate accountability for end to end commercial management across the company. Critical to the role will be developing a ‘Vision’ for superior service in finance. This will involve driving automation and creating efficiencies in finance processes. The key success factor will be your ability to understand inventory management.
This role not only requires an excellent technical and analytical mind but also someone that can think outside of the box and not be afraid to challenge the status quo.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate is a qualified CA/CPA who is either an experienced Management Accountant, Financial Accountant or Finance Business Partner with a strong understanding of managing and coordinating month end processes. Furthermore, the ideal candidate is confident engaging in discussions with key stakeholders with the ability to build effective working relationships.
