Our client is a well-known leading brand with a huge presence in Australia. With punchy growth plans as we transition out of COVID, a new role has been created to assist the team with the amount of growth the company is currently experiencing and anticipating in 2022 and beyond. The role will begin as a temporary role and will be converted to permanent for the right individual.

Client Details

My client has engaged Michael Page exclusively to recruit for a dynamic, hands-on Finance Project Systems Analyst for a global household FMCG business that has a strong presence in Australia. This role has a heavy commercial function and is perfect for a Finance Business Partner/Systems Accountant with strong SAP skills who is capable and comfortable in influencing at all levels of an organisation. The role will report through to the Financial Controller and partner with Supply Chain. The role will be for an initial 6-month period with visibility for extension or permanency.

Description

The Finance Systems Analyst will be responsible for the following:

• Business Partner with Supply Chain
• Budgeting & forecasting
• Inventory reconciliations
• SAP system configuration knowledge (including transaction flows, data configurations, distribution maintenance) – provision of subject matter expertise
• Practical knowledge of SAP supply chain module and financial consolidation (ideal)
• Ability to investigate (deep dive) data reconciliation/flow issues and identify and implement system solutions
• Project delivery

Profile

• CA/CPA
• IT qualifications looked upon favourably
• SAP subject matter expert on projects to deliver new/improved system functionality
• Process/system improvements in SAP, particularly in response to issues
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Experience in designing and implementing SAP supply chain solutions, experience in Materials management, Logistics, and Financial Accounting modules (financial consolidation also ideal)
