We have a position available for a full-time finance officer to join our team.

The position will be responsible for providing all transactional finance services to the organisation including, but not limited to: payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable & receivable and assisting in the production of financial reports. The role may also include the supervision of administrative staff.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritise workload
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership, mentoring and motivational skills with a high attention to detail
• Proven multi-tasking and problem solving skills
• Sound financial knowledge, including monthly reporting
• Strong Computer Skills – Experience with Best Practice software is an advantage.

Desirable qualifications/experience:

• Aged Care experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance / Accounting minimum Certificate IV Bookkeeping/Accounting with 3 years experience and Certified BAS Provider status preferred
