Finance Officer / Bookkeeper role available in Brisbane.

This innovative company that are a leader in their industry are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Officer to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. This role will commence ASAP and will be based in their Bowen Hills offices.

Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Accountant you will be responsible for the following:

• High volume accounts payable processing
• Accounts receivable processing
• Bank reconciliations
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Fixed Asset maintenance
• Assisting Payroll Officer with payroll processing and acting as back up payroll

What you’ll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

• Experience in transactional accounting (accounts payable / accounts receivable) and payroll processing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
