The Role

Within Australia is seeking a focussed, organised professional. The successful applicant must be an articulate communicator preferably with experience in a Not-for-Profit setting. This role provides a full range of financial services including budgeting, financial analysis, company secretary duties and reporting to ensure effective, efficient and the sustainable management of the Association. As part of a small Shared Services Team the Finance Manager will work well with others but will be adept at self-managing everyday tasks and special projects. There is the opportunity to grow in this role.

Selection Criteria

Essential

• Business /Accounting degree and/or minimum five years experience working in Not-for-Profit organisation.
• High level computing skills including XERO, Excel, Word
• Ability to self-manage whilst working closely in a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A sound understanding of office systems and processes.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable

• Excellent presentation skills
• A professional attitude to all work aspects
• Minimum five years working in a similar role.
• Experience as a company secretary
