About the role

We seek an experienced financial assistant to fill a part time role within our current finance team. You will assist with payroll, debtor and creditor control, stock level control and all other aspects of the business finances. This role has a strong operational focus and, as part of the role, you will be one of the ‘go to’ people in the finance team for our staff members and our clients across the organisation.

The successful applicant will enjoy working in a busy environment alongside animals, as part of a fun, caring and passionate team.

Skills & Experience

Desirable:

• Certificate IV in Accounting or higher
• Resilience, flexibility and adaptability we operate in a fast paced and dynamic environment

Essential:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong team focus
• Demonstrated experience relating to analysing and reporting financial transactions within an operational finance role
• Proficiency with computers
• A keen eye for detail
