We are focused on sourcing the best fruit and vegetables both locally and internationally and making them accessible to everyone. We not only have the freshest produce, we have it in abundance.

We have an exciting Head Office opportunity available for a Data Entry Clerk to join our busy and dynamic team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Complete efficient and timely data entry into custom ERP/Xero accounting software
• Create purchase orders associated with supplier invoices
• Liaise with suppliers via phone and email
• Work with a high volume of invoices
• Prepare reconciliations to enable payments of supplier accounts
• Assist with month-end and year-end tasks
• Reviewing statements, following up invoices/delivery documents and filing invoices
• Other general administrative duties as required

Skills & Experience

• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Great time management and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• A good understanding of Xero, Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word
• The ability to prioritise workload and multitask
• Prepare, check, and sort documents for data entry
• Good communication and written skills
• knowledge of the fresh produce industry is beneficial
