Afonso Building Solutions, is a leading multi award winning new home builder in North East Victoria and Southern NSW. We are currently seeking a full time Data Entry / Administrator.
This is a full time role operating out of our head office in Wodonga and a great opportunity for an experienced individual to become part of an established team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Work between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Data entry
- Time sheet management, data entries and storage
- Assist with ing
- Perform basic administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate:
- Proficient and excellent in the use of MYOB
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Previous Data Entry/Admin experience
- Excellent analytical skills and a high attention to detail
- Exceptional administration and organisational skills
