The Staffing Group Hiring for Data Entry / Accounts Payable Job at Sydney Full Time

Dynamic international company with a great culture – we are currently seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator, who has attention to detail to assist Accounts Payable.

The Responsibilities;

  • enter invoices into ERP system (Microsoft Navision – but we will train if not familiar)
  • ensuring appropriate sign-off/approval of invoices
  • enter and process suppliers invoices with purchase orders
  • attend to supplier queries
  • prepare invoices for payment

If you have previous experience in Accounts Payable or accounts support and

  • excellent data entry / with high level of accuracy
  • competency in Microsoft Office software
  • excellent communication
  • a strong work ethic and the ability to work well autonomously or within a team
  • a positive can do attitude and willingness to learn.
