The Role
Our client are seeking a motivated assistant accountant to join their finance team and assist the Group Finance Manager.
The key duties of the role will include:
- Assist with month end processes for multiple entities
- Perform fixed assets register process, BAS, FBT & PAYG statements
- Business partnering across the group for month end reporting
- Assist with preparation of tax compliance
- Preparation of and providing support with budgeting and forecasts
- Ad hoc duties as required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Working towards CA/CPA qualification
- Willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
- Existing experience in an accounting/finance role
- Success in a similar role desired
