The Staffing Group Hiring for Admin Assistant – Recruitment Job at Perth Full Time

Here is an outstanding opportunity for you to work with a small but dynamic recruitment team.
You will assist the recruitment manager in Perth with a variety of admin duties, which will include :
- Reviewing candidate resumes
- Calling candidates for further information
- Booking interviews
- Handling telephone screening
- Onboarding candidates
- Completion of reference checks
- Completion of timeline documentation and spreadsheets
The ideal candidate will love working and dealing with people. Will have come from a background in customer service or administration and will be highly organised and very proficient on a variety of computer programs but especially proficient with all microsoft programs.
The team is really busy so we are keen to start after Christmas break. Interviewing late this week and early next week.
