Eskleigh Foundation Inc. is a not for profit organisation that has been supporting Tasmanians living with disabilities for more than 70 years. Eskleigh is predominately funded by the NDIS to deliver various services across Tasmania, including accommodation solutions, in home care, community access and coordination of supports.

This role will contribute to the development of new processes and business analysis tools plus play an integral part in the growth of the Eskleigh business as it embraces new technologies. The ideal applicant will be a tech savvy, hands-on leader comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated problem solving ability. Relevant professional experience in the following areas:

• Internal and external finance reporting and accounting
• Compiling month and year end data for reporting
• Payroll, accounts payable,accounts receivable, cash flow management
• High level operational use and understanding of advanced accounting software; experience with MYOB Advanced would be an advantage
• Developing and implementing systems to create process and information efficiencies
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop relationships and support business leaders
• Creating dashboards and other means of analysing and communicating business information; experience with Power BI or similar would be an advantage
• Ability to solve problems independently, manage competing deadlines with demonstrated attention to detail
• Experience with NFP and NDIS Funding would be an advantage

Key requirements:

• CPA/CA qualification
• Degree in Accounting/Finance or Business
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a finance role with large/medium-sized business
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent support, coaching and rapport building skills
• Current National Police Clearance
• Current working with vulnerable people check (NDIS tick)
• Current Covid-19 Vaccination certificate
